Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Tegak Bersambung melalui Metode Guided Writing pada Siswa Kelas II Sekolah Dasar

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung melalui metode pembelajaran guided writing. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas II SD N Gambir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, tes unjuk kerja menulis tegak bersambung, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan, rating scale dan soal tes keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik anaslisis data kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah skor rerata kelas proses pembelajaran mencapai minimum 70 dan skor rerata kelas hasil tes keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung, rata- rata siswa mencapai skor 70. Skor rerata peningkatan proses siklus I 62,5, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 81,25. Dampak dari proses tersebut adalah meningkatnya keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung, siswa kelas II SD N Gambir. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan skor rerata siklus I 47,85, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 70,3.
