Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe stad dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam matematika. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di SMKS PGRI Kota Mojokerto. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Tkr 1 yang berjumlah 27 peserta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, data diperoleh pada setiap siklus dari mengobservasi, catatan lapangan, angket, pre test dan post test. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik di SMKS PGRI Kota Mojokerto. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kenaikan hasil belajar tiap siklusnya dimana pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas 67,59 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 62% dan mengalami kenaikan pada siklus II yaitu rata-rata kelas 80,56 dengan ketuntasan klasikal naik menjadi 85%.
