Penerapan Pendekatan Supervisi Kolaboratif untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Di SDN Jeruklegi Kulon 06 Jeruklegi Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022

Abstract
Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Latar belakang masalah yang menjadi fokus pembelajaran adalah Pendekatan supervisi individual tidak terlalu efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya khususnya yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi profesionalnya, berdasarkan observasi yang diadakan kepala sekolah terhadap guru-guru di SDN Jeruklegi Kulon 06 Kecamatan Jeruklegi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru masih rendah terutama pada kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran yang diampu secara kreatif. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini peneliti menerapkan Pendekatan Supervisi Kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan prestasi sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan melalui proses pengkajian berdaur (PTS) yang meliputi empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (action), observasi (observation), dan refleksi (reflection). Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh hasil Peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru di SDN Jeruklegi Kulon 06 Kecamatan Jeruklegi dari pra-siklus ke siklus I sebesar 20,31 poin. Rata-rata kompetensi profesional guru pada pra-siklus sebesar 61,719 dengan kriteria cukup dan pada siklus I sebesar 82,031 dengan kriteria baik. Kompetensi profesional guru juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 10,156 poin. Rata-rata kompetensi profesional guru pada siklus II sebesar 92,188 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru di SDN Jeruklegi Kulon 06 Kecamatan Jeruklegi dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan pendekatan supervisi kolaboratif
