Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Tematik Melalui Problem Based Learning Peserta Didik Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning pada peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi uji validitas menggunakan Teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Analisis interaktif yaitu reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif tematik. Kriteria keberhasilan penelitian ini dilihat dari adanya perubahan-perubahan kearah perbaikan, baik yang terkait dengan guru maupun peserta didik. Keberhasilan ini dilihat dari dua kriteria keberhasilan yaitu keberhasilan proses dan hasil produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif tematik sebelum Tindakan diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 62,63, sedangkan pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 70 dan pada siklus II rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 80.
