Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Murid dengan Media Video

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media video terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tema 5 sub tema 2. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V yang terdiri dari 5 siswa 3 laki-laki dan 2 perempuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Siklus yang digunakan sebanyak tiga siklus yaitu siklus I siklus II dan siklus III Berdasarkan hasil belajar siklus I dan II dapat dibandingkan adanya peningkatan pada hasil ketutasan belajar peserta didik, pada siklus I ketuntasan 60% dan siklus II 100%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pemahaman Peserta didik pada materi tema 5 Sub tema 2 dapat ditingkatkan melalui media video. Dengan pembelajaran menggunakan media video membuat peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dan bersikap kritis terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari respon peserta didik dan hasil diskusi yang melibatkan siswa yang menunjukan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih bersemangat dan tidak mudah merasa bosan sehingga membuat hasil belajarnya mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.
