Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika pada Materi Matriks dengan Menggunakan Model Talking Stick di Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Meukek Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2020 /2021

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat Meningkatkan Pemahaman pada Materi Matriks pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Meukek Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2020 /2021. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 2 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Hasil belajar siswa yang diambil dari pemberian soal tes pada akhir siklus, kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran yang diambil dari lembar observasi, aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran yang diambil dari lembar observasi, dan data tentang refleksi siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang diambil dari angket pada setiap akhir pertemuan. Talking Stick merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dimana model pembelajaran ini memuat unsur permainan sehingga tidak menimbulkan kebosanan pada siswa ketika melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, tapi juga dapat membentuk siswa untuk lebih berani mengemukakan pendapat, melatih keterampilan membaca dan memahami dengan cepat materi yang diberikan. Hasil Belajar siswa harus mencapai KKM yaitu 75 %. Dilihat dari hasil pada observasi Pra Siklus dari 24 siswa yang memiliki nilai telah mencapai ketuntasan sebanyak 9 siswa (38.24 %) Sedangkan yang belum mencapai ketuntasan adalah sebanyak 15 siswa (61.76 %) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 71.66 %, Dari hasil tes siklus I, terdapat 15 siswa (58.82 %) yang sudah mencapai ketuntasan belajar, Sedangkan yang belum mencapai ketuntasan adalah sebanyak 9 siswa (41.18 %) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 78.75 %. Siklus II dapat diketahui bahwa siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan sebanyak 24 siswa (100,00%) mengalami peningkatan dan niilai rata- rata siswa Siklus II adalah 88.33 %. Maka persentase ketuntasan siswa meningkat dari pra Siklus 38.24 %, siklus I, 58.82 % dan siklus II menjadi 100,00 % atau meningkat 61.76 %.
