Upaya Meningkatkan Keaktifan Siswa dengan Metode Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas XI Program Studi Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TBSM) SMK Negeri 1 Peureulak

Abstract
Metode tutor sebaya dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TBSM semester genap tahun akademik 2020/2021 dengan jumlah 26 siswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan terdiri dari dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan padsetiap siklusnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas XI TBSM. Rata-rata persentase keaktifan belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 48.89% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 85%. dengan rata – rata peningkatan keaktifan siswa pada setiap aktivitas yang meliputi Aktivitas visual, Aktivitas Lisan, Aktivitas Mendengarkan, Aktivitas Menulis dan Aktivitas Mental, dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada Aktivitas visual sekitar 30,55 %, Aktivitas Lisan sekitar 36,1 %, Aktivitas Mendengarkan sekitar 27,78 %, Aktivitas Menulis sekitar 40,28 % dan Aktivitas Mental sekitar 45.83%.
