Penerapan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Stad Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Ipa Tema 5 Ekosistem Kelas 5 SDN Mentasan 02 Tahun 2020

Abstract
Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada kegiatan pembelajaran disebabkan karena peneliti hanya menggunakan satu media saja yaitu buku paket (buku cetak) sebagai media yang digunakan. Menyadari kenyataan tersebut, peneliti berfikir perlu adanya inovasi untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran, adapun alternatif pemecahan masalahnya adalah penggunaan media yang bervariasi yang berbasis tekhnologi agar peserta didik tertarik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran serta untuk mempermudah dalam penyampaian materi, serta penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat mempermudah pemahaman siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mengetahui apakah penggunaan model cooperative learning tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bagi siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri Mentasan 02. Penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran dilaksanakan melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada peserta didik kelas 5 SD Negeri Mentasan 02 Kecamatan Kawunganten Kabupaten Cilacap semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah siswa laki- laki sebanyak 15 anak dan siswa perempuan sebanyak 5 anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November sebanyak 2 siklus, dimana pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan 4 kegiatan yaitu, perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan pada hasil evaluasi pada pra siklus hanya 6 anak atau 30% yang tuntas mencapai target KKM yaitu 70. Setelah perlaksanaan tindakan siklus 1 terdapat 10 siswa atau 50% yang mencapai KKM dan pada siklus 2 terdapat 18 siswa atau 90% yang tuntas mencapai KKM. Dari hasil pembahasan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model cooperative learning tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa . Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada guru, bahwa dengan penggunaan model cooperative learning tpe STAD dapat digunakan sebagai bahan kajian dan penelitian berikutnya.
