Peranan Reward Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Tema 9 Kayanya Negeriku Di Kelas IV SD Negeri Pungsari 1 Kecamatan Plupuh

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan reward dan menganalisis peranan reward untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam Tema 9 Karyanya Negeriku di Kelas IV SD Negeri Pungsari 1 Kecamatan Plupuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap, yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dengan adanya peranan reward membuat peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran Tema 9 Karyanya Negeriku, peserta didik menjadi lebih termotivasi, senang, dan lebih percaya diri. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya hasil angket dari awal pertemuan hingga akhir pertemuan sebesar 9.7% dimana pada awal pertemuan sebelum tindakan/pra tindakan hasil angket sebesar 56.3% dan pada akhir pertemuan setelah tindakan hasil angket meningkat menjadi 66%. Hal ini menandakan bahwa terdapat peranan reward terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di kelas IV SD Negeri Pungsari 1 Kecamatan Plupuh.
