Peningkatan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Matematika pada Materi Turunan Fungsi Aljabar Kelas XII TKJ 2 Melalui Metode Drill di SMKS NU BODEH

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar matematika pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar kelas XII TKJ 2 melalui metode drill di SMKS NU BODEH. Subjek penelitian adalah 14 peserta didik. Subjek pelaksana tindakan adalah peneliti sebagai observer. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya sebuah peningkatan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar matematika pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar kelas XII TKJ 2 melalui metode drill. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XII TKJ 2 sebelum tindakan rendah, siklus I kategori sedang sebanyak persentasenya 50%, dan pada siklus II kategori tinggi sebanyak persentasenya 85%. Untuk hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII TKJ 2 pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar meningkat, sebelum tindakan hasil belajar peserta didik yang mencapai KKM (≥70) sebanyak 3 peserta didik atau persentase ketuntasan sebanyak 21,4%, siklus I sebanyak 7 siswa atau 50%, pada siklus II sebanyak 12 peserta didik atau 85,7%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode drill dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar matematika pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar kelas XII TKJ 2 Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.
